The Drone Photography above was commissioned by an award-winning hospitality business who was interested in acquiring the property as part of their expanding portfolio. Their architects were looking at the property with a view to a potential expansion that would take advantage of the stunning sea views at the location. The images would be given to a 3D Visualisation studio that would produce the virtual extension in 3D, seamlessly integrating it into the aerial photography provided by Skysight UAV.
This would give all parties involved a clear and comprehensive overview including, looking at the property, the proposed extension from above, and the elevated sea views that would be presented from within the extended property in the Vale of Glamorgan. Due to the property location, during pre-flight planning RAF St Athan (MOD) Air Traffic Control was contacted to advise them of the proposed date and times of flight.
